Building has a lot of great amenities (pickleball, sauna, awesome gym and rooftop, work from home cubes). Industrial feel with the exposed concrete ceilings and awesome lighting. Jordan in the lobby is available to help almost all the time. Responsive staff and maintenance team, close to the city and thick walls you can’t hear anyone really. Great air quality too.

Moving was easy with the loading docks and carts. Cory and Jordan answered any questions that I had quickly. Fifth floor amenities are great. It truly has the feel of a luxury hotel only you’re living there full-time.
